DDBRIX

Discover the power of Demand Driven planning through hands-on simulation

Who is this for?

This training is designed for professionals who are struggling with complex supply chains, unpredictable demand and inventory imbalances. Curious about DDMRP but unsure how it works in practice? This hands-on LEGO simulation is the perfect starting point.

Typical roles who attend this course:

  • Planners
  • Supply Chain managers
  • Logistic managers
  • Inventory managers/supervisors

What can you expect?

A dynamic, practical one-day workshop where you’ll explore DDMRP through an engaging Lego-based business game. You’ll play through multiple rounds simulating material and information flows, supported by a clear presentation of the underlying DDMRP principles.

You will learn:

  • Why traditional planning methods fail under volatile demand
  • What DDMRP really is – and how it works
  • How buffers improve visibility, control and agility
  • What DDMRP means for inventory, cash flow and customer service

The game format creates a fun, collaborative learning environment, with plenty of room for reflection and discussion.

Why will this training help you further?

In today’s world, traditional forecast-driven planning often leads to poor service levels and inventory issues. Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP) offers a proven alternative that shifts the focus from unreliable forecasts to real demand. It uses strategically placed buffers to create a more agile and responsive supply chain.

Through this simulation, you’ll experience first-hand how DDMRP improves service levels, inventory performance and supply chain stability
